Operating principles
Confidence is not evidence. Claims remain traceable to what actually supports them.
When identity, provenance, or authorization cannot be verified, execution stops.
Long-term memory must be auditable, correctable, and continuous without becoming dogma.
AI can reason and recommend. It does not silently acquire permission to act.
